Submitter’s Comment: I honestly think she should have read up and done some research before making a stretching guide video…
What’s Awful: She’s giving advice, but none of it is good. She waited a few days between stretching, talks about cleaning her ears with peroxide, using lotion and petroleum jelly as a lubricant, and a ton of other bad junk. I’m just not watching it again because she was just so clueless about everything.
Holy shit this girl seems annoying.
